FBC RAYMOND LANDSCAPE SPECIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS

General Maintenance:

     A. Maintenance to be performed bi monthly

     B. Pick up and remove fallen limbs and trash before mowing.

     C. All grassy areas to be mowed or trimmed.

     D. String trim/edge all areas around plants, trees, beds, fences, building and walks.

     E. Blow trimmings from paved areas and walks along with any debris on parking lots

Shrub Maintenance:

     A. Trim twice a year. Once in May and September

     B. Maintain islands in parking lot south of Palestine street. Trees and shrubs next to the street on Palestine and Dry Grove belong to the City of Raymond.

     C. Remove weedy growth from beds each visit if needed.

     D. Keep all ground covers trimmed and looking neat, particularly on Main street so not to obstruct view entering the street.

     E. Trim Juniper ground-cover from retaining wall behind CLC building only once a year. May or September trimming.

Chemical Applications:

     A. Spray all weeds in cracks in parking lots and around buildings and playground.

     B. Spray brick drive to remove weeds on Main street side leading to White house.

     C. Spray any weeds in beds if needed.

     D. Be prepared to spray any insecticides or fungicides as needed

Mulch:

     A. Pine straw once a year in late September or early October. No later than October 15
